SUMMARY OF THE SHIPPING CHARGES, DELIVERY TIMES AND TRANSPORT

Shipping charges: Are those indicated at the time of payment. Should the goods be returned (Art. 44 of the Law on Retail Trade) the shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Orders are sent via Correos de España.

We deliver to Spain and Europe, although only to EU member countries.

DELIVERIES TO SPAIN, ANDORRA AND PORTUGAL

Orders will be sent as registered letters or through the Paq72 service provided by Correos de España.

Our shipping charges are:

• Mainland Spain: €5.00
• Balearic Islands: €8.00
• Andorra and Portugal (excluding the Azores and Madeira): €9.00

For orders over 100 Euros shipping is free to addresses in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal.

Please note that local import duties may be due on deliveries to Andorra. These will be paid by the buyer /recipient. Check with a customs agent for more information.

DELIVERY TIMES

DESTINATION (with home delivery) and DELIVERY TIME (maximum time for the 1st delivery attempt - Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

• Mainland Spain, Majorca and Andorra.....2-3 days
• Rest of the Balearic Islands............................3-4 days
• Mainland Portugal.............................................3-4 days

These delivery periods do not include the time required for custom clearance wherever necessary.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For the time being we only send international deliveries to Europe and only to member states of the European Union.

Orders are sent as registered letters or through the International Priority Parcel service (Paquete Internacional Prioritario) provided by Correos de España.

Shipping charges for international deliveries (Europe, only EU):

• Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Sweden, UK (does not include Gibraltar, Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man).....20 Euros

• Rest of Europe (EU): Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Malta, Poland and Romania.....25 Euros

DELIVERY TIME FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Orders sent as registered letters will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays both in the country of origin and destination).

For shipments using Correos’ International Priority Parcel service delivery times should be as follows, but bear in mind that these are working days excluding public holidays, both in the country of origin and destination, and weekends (Saturday and Sunday):

• Luxembourg.....4 days
• Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, the United Kingdom (does not include Gibraltar, Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man).....5-6 days
• Finland.....5-7 days
• Austria......6 days
• Bulgaria, Poland, Romania.....6-7 days
• Cyprus, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Slovak Republic, Slovenia.....7 days

Delivery time is approximate but should not be more than 15 working days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays both in the country of origin and destination).

Delivery times: orders sent to Spain, Andorra and mainland Portugal will be delivered within a máximum of 10 working days. For international deliveries the máximum period is 15 working days. In both cases counting from the confirmation that payment has been received.

TRANSPORT: orders are sent out daily Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

Products excluded from international delivery:
We are sorry that fragile ceramic and glass ítems are excluded from international delivery.

Gastos de envío: Son los indicados a la hora de la aceptación del pago. En caso de devolución de la mercancía (Art.44 de la Ley de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista), los gastos de envío correrán por cuenta del cliente.

ENVÍOS NACIONALES E INTERNACIONALES

Los envíos se hacen a través de Correos.

Mandamos pedidos a España y Europa, pero sólo a países miembros de la UE.

No se harán envíos a apartados postales o listas de correos.

ENVÍOS A ESPAÑA, ANDORRA Y PORTUGAL

Los envíos se harán como carta certificada o a través del servicio Paq72 de Correos.

Las tarifas de los envíos son:

• España peninsular: 5,00 €
• Islas Baleares: 8,00 €
• Andorra y Portugal peninsular: 9,00 €

Por compras a partir de 100 Euros el envío será gratuito a España peninsular, las Islas Baleares y Portugal peninsular.

Los gastos de aduana a los que estén sujetos los envíos a Andorra los pagará el cliente/destinatario. Consulten con un agente de aduanas para más información.

PLAZOS DE ENTREGA

DESTINO (con entrega en domicilio) y TIEMPO DE ENVÍO (plazos máximos para el 1er intento de entrega - de lunes a viernes, excluidos los días festivos)

• España peninsular, Mallorca y Andorra.....2-3 días
• Resto de las Islas Baleares..............................3-4 días
• Portugal peninsular...........................................3-4 días

Estos plazos no incluyen el tiempo de la tramitación aduanera donde esta sea necesaria.

ENVÍOS INTERNACIONALES

Por el momento sólo hacemos envíos internacionales a Europa y sólo a los países miembros de la UE.

Los envíos se harán como carta certificada o Paquete Internacional Prioritario de Correos.

PLAZOS DE ENTREGA DE LOS ENVÍOS INTERNACIONALES

Los paquetes enviados como carta certificada se entregarán en un plazo de 2 a 4 días hábiles (de lunes a viernes excluidos los días festivos tanto en el país de origen como en el de destino).

Para los envíos a través del servicio Paquete Internacional Prioritario, vean el listado a continuación. Sólo cuentan los días hábiles, excluidos los festivos tanto en el país de origen como en el de destino y fines de semana (sábados y domingos).

El tiempo de envío es estimado pero nunca superior a 15 días laborables (de lunes a viernes, excluidos los festivos tanto en el país de origen como en el de destino).

Plazo de entrega: El producto se entregará en un plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles para pedidos a España, Andorra y Portugal peninsular y 15 días para los pedidos internacionales, a contar desde la confirmación de recepción del ingreso bancario correspondiente.

TRANSPORTE: Los envíos de mercancía se realizan diariamente de lunes a viernes (excepto festivos).

Productos excluidos de los envíos internacionales:
Lo sentimos pero no enviamos artículos frágiles de cerámica y cristal fuera de España.
